This might be totally stupid, but I haven't used SPS before and am thinking of ordering it. I need to use it for a wedding cake. Each tier will be separated by real flowers that the florist is going to provide and take care of. We are going to be setting the cake up together so she can add the flowers at the time I assemble the cake, but I don't know if I can use SPS with the layer of flowers or not. Anyone know how this works? This will be my first cake that isn't directly stacked one tier on top of the other, so I'm kinda being dumb here I'm sure. Thanks for any help!

If you need a space between the tiers to put flowers, order the longer legs. I think they range from 4" (what I always order) up to 9 inches tall. So you can hack and saw them down to the height that you need.
