Hey guys,

I was propositioned to make 600 cake balls for a charity event coming up and I was not sure how I should price them. I came up with about $750 including materials, utilities, labor, and a little bit of profit (I am sure these little guys will be time consuming). Basically broke down to .33 per ball for matieral and the rest was labor (.92). How am I looking price wise? I figure it's going to take me about 3 days to bake 16 cakes and then ball them and dip in chocolate and add candy stripes and whatnot...

That is right around what I have charged ($14 per dozen), but I would charge quite a bit more if I had to package them all as well. Your pricing is right on! icon_smile.gif
