I have a friend that has a little boy that is allergic to eggs and soy and was wondering if anyone has a recipe that is egg and soy free. Soy free I don't think will be a problem, but I don't know what you use in place of eggs. I don't know much about that kind of thing because I don't usually bake that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

my friend and I did this for a vegan cake, it turned out great!
To replace one egg:
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon whole flaxseed
Place the water and flaxseed in a pan, and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer, watching closely as the mixture thickens to a gel (about 5 minutes). Remove the pan from the heat before the mixture gets too thick and gummy. The flaxseeds don't need to be removed from the gel.
