Hi everyone;
I am looking for some help with my son's baptism cake. I still have time but I want to be prepared and not stressed. I have the following idea;
Large sheet cake (2 layer) with a cross on top (using cross cake pan). I am really looking for ideas on flavors for the cake and or the filling. Should I use fondant at all?

Thanks in advance. icon_biggrin.gif

Fondant or not is up to you. I did one - actually a couple for the same baptism - that were really quite simple, I just did some simple fondant cutouts in the shape of a cross (in two different styles) on top of a fondant covered sheet cake, the pictures are in my profile.
