Looking To Take Professional Course's...any Recomendations?

Hello fellow CC members...after only a few short months I am totally hooked on this site and since I was laid off from work 2 weeks ago I have been giving some serious thought to making cake decorating a full time thing.
I live in Toronto Ont. Canada and was wondering if any local professionals could recommend a good school.
I recently enrolled in the Wilton beginners classes at my local Micheal's and my instructor said I was a natural (I almost fell off my chair).
I know George Brown has a great program... but they have a long waiting list and I really dont want to wait. Tuition is high and would not cover tools or materials.
Another school I heard of was McCall's, there courses have a short wait time and are moderately priced. Has anyone here ever taken a course at McCall's? If so how was it? Tools are extra but they supply everything else so I am told.
The other school I was told about was Bonnie Gordon School. Although she is not accredited like McCall's or George Brown she does offer a 4 week Master Confectionery Arts Certificate Program that is intense and covers everything from a-z. Course fee's include all materials and tools (with one or two exceptions on tools).
Or is there a school I have yet to hear about? If anyone out there can recommend a program (preferably accredited) or has taken a course at any of the schools mentioned above; can you let me know what you thought of it?
Thanks for reading and looking forward to your input
If you can afford the trip, Cake Camp is worth looking into - and is soooo much fun!!! You can take as many classes as you can fit in and afford with some of the best instructors around. You can check out the available classes on the website: http://www.cakecamp.com/
McCall's School of Cake Decoration is Great!! They have quite a variety of courses. It is located at Bloor St. W., & Kipling. The instructors are terrific.
