Is there a chart that shows the equivelant weights of ingredients vs. measuring by cup (i.e 1 cup of flour = ? oz.). I would really like to weigh my high ratio shortening rather than hope I get the right amount packed in a cup.

Thank you.

If you go to www.onlineconversion.com they have a link for 'cooking conversions'. There you can select the ingredient you want, the measurement you want to convert and the units you want to convert to and from. It will accurately convert the ingredient according to it's volume.
