Does anyone have a good whipped Icing recipe? I would like to find one that is stiff enough to make flowers with.
"Whipped" and "stiff" don't normally go together.
You can make flowers using whipped icings (like Rich's Bettercreme) but they won't be crisp.
A whipped buttercream would work better for flowers. (But nothing can compare to a regular b/c for making ALL types of piped flowers.)
