Whipped Icing

Does anyone have a good whipped Icing recipe? I would like to find one that is stiff enough to make flowers with.

"Whipped" and "stiff" don't normally go together. icon_sad.gif

You can make flowers using whipped icings (like Rich's Bettercreme) but they won't be crisp.

A whipped buttercream would work better for flowers. icon_smile.gif (But nothing can compare to a regular b/c for making ALL types of piped flowers.)

The Whimsical Bakehouse recipe for buttercream is very light and whipped.
