Help! I need a recipe that is Milk, Egg, Peanut FREE. It needs to be a denser cake, like a pound cake. We can use Soy Milk or Egg Replacers if needed.

Those recipes look great for a dairy free pound cake. But! The Nulaid Egg Replacer is not egg-free.

Thanks for the additional caution, cupcakemk. icon_smile.gif

The recipe calls for egg substitute. Don't know why the author used Nulaid Reddi Liquid Egg (Real Egg product), but s/he did indicate that it was only fat and cholesterol free (which I didn't assume meant egg-free but could be misread).

(Seems egg substitutes fall in the same category of misleading advertisement as the non-dairy creamers which don't contain lactose, although they do contain milk protein.... ) icon_sad.gif

However, the Nulaid ReddiEgg packaging clearly indicates it is a "real egg product."
