There are so many beautiful cupcake bouquets out there . . . I would LOVE to know how to make the rose cupcakes. There used to be a tutorial (I should have paid more attention). I have found tutorials on youtube for different flowers, but not the rose.
Can anybody tell me how to make the rose? What tip do you use? What is your favorite icing recipe for these, etc. Thanks in advance.

Has anybody ever tried a low cal icing or diabetic icing with these cupcakes? (or would the icing just fall off . . .)
