I'd like to make Oreo BC for a filling between a Chocolate Sour Cream cake. The two recipes I've seen mentioned removing the filling and crushing the cookies and adding them to the BC. I was wondering what would happen to my BC if I scraped off the fillings and then added the filling to the BC, mixed that in the mixer, and then added the crushed cookie? I'd like the filling to taste as oreo-cream-ish as possible!

When I make oreo filling, I use double stuff and do not remove the filling before I crush the cookies. That filling is too darn good to leave out, IMO! ; )

I make cookies and cream filling like shown on the Whimsical Bakehouse book, I leave the stuff in it, whipped cream is not that sweet so it helps it
