So it was 1am and I thought I would bake and cut some shortbread for easter...Well preparing the dough I used a mixer to blend in the butter, Not even thinking needless to say my dough was way to crumbly that I couldnt even roll it....so I wrapped it up and put it in the fridge over night to firm up Do think it will be ok to roll now??? I have it on the counter trying to soften it...
not that anyone replied LOL It was still not stable enough to roll so I molded it into round tbls and all is wel..I will now top off w/ a sugar flower
I was gonna say... bake it off and crumble it up and use it for cheesecake crust! but never mind
