I have just started experimenting with gumpaste. I have bought the pre-made wilton package but was wondering how long will it keep?

It will keep for quite awhile, just coat your unused dough with crisco and wrap with plastic wrap then place in a ziplock bag.

Any thing you make with the dough, will keep indefinitely once its dry. I have only had gumpaste melt once after it was exposed to extreme humidity(sitting on a open window sill during torrential downpour)
