I'm new to all of this, but anyway I'm looking for info how to make a cake that looks like books that are stack on top of ea other
Its for a groom cake.

I would make and dry the covers ahead of time out of fondant or gumpaste...then cover each "book" in white fondant. Stack a cover...then the white cake....then straw or dowel for support...then a cover....then a cover of the second book...etc. Fill in the binding with matching color of the covers.

That's how I did mine anyway.
