Hi! Are there any instructions on how to freeze the top tier of a wedding cake?

Whenever I've frozen a cake I've wrapped in a couple of layers of saran wrap then wrapped twice in heavy duty aluminum. If I had room in my freezer I would also put the wrapped cake in a cardboard box. I also let it defrost in the fridge.

I just had my first anniversary. I wrapped in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil, then placed in an airtight container. The cake tasted like the day we got married (fantastic)! If you're not freezing for a year you could go without the airtight container.
