The recipe asks for 10xpowdered sugar. Do I have to use that, or do I can I use just regular powdered sugar? And from what I have heard, I dont add all of it...I simply reserve about a cup or two and add as needed, correct??

Most powdered sugars in the US are 10x. I know domino's is. 6X can be grainy and therefore produce lumps in the final product.

Are all the powdered sugars in the US 10X, or does the bag have to say that? I buy C&H brand
