Hi CC family

I need some great recipes for chocolate frosting and a mocha frosting. I typically don't use chocolate buttercream.. and the only recipe's i've ever made have included cocoa powder and I feel they come out half way tasting like cocoa powder and never chocolatly enough.

Any suggestions welcome but I do prefer American style buttercreams to Meringue based ones.

I like beating whipped ganache w/ bc to get choc icing. for a mocha, I would use cooled coffee as my liquid instead of milk or water
