Can anyone tell me the best way to make a cake template? I am trying to make the bunny cake and need the template to cut it out. Thank you so much. icon_confused.gif

Do you mean 3-d or 2-d?

It's 1d I think icon_redface.gif It's the one where you use two round cakes and you cut the one to make the ears and the bow tie.

It's really very simple. One round cake stays whole. From the other cake, cut a football shape from each of two opposite sides for the ears, leaving the bow-tie shape in the middle. I free-hand it with a big serrated knife. It sounds much more confusing and difficult than it is. If I knew how to post a diagram here, I would. I could try to email a sketch to you if you'd like.

Thank you for your answer. I have seen the sketch of it online but my artistic ability lacks so I was going to attempt to make a template just to make sure the ears came out even. lol
