I've been making the Texas Sheet Cake for many years now, and was wondering....is there any such thing as a White "Cocoa" Powder ????? Ya know, sometimes it just doesn't work as great to have to add melted white chocolate to some things...but a dry powder would be great ! Is there something like that out there, or is it just wishful thinking on my part ?
Thanks for any info.

Not that I have ever run across but that sounds like a great thing if it exists.

Hmmmmmmm -- I have a can of "Ghirardelli Sweet Ground White Chocolate for white chocolate hot beverages and white mochas" - a dry powder to mix with hot liquids. Don't know if that would work, but maybe the mix is available in your area to try.

since it's a beverage mix, it probably has some added sugar and milk solids added to it, so some adjustments may need to be made to, say, a cake recipe when using that. But I'm loving the idea and gonna see if my smart & final has that!
