(Just kidding about the poem)
But I LOVE "Baker's Joy" spray!!!!!! I can't believe I never knew about that little secret until this week. No more torn up edges or over/under cooked cakes. They POP right out of the pan, no parchment paper needed, no greasing, flouring.... What a time (and tear) saver!!
No more explitives being mumbled under my breath as I take my cakes out of the oven... It's baking magic, it really is.... my cake pans no longer need to be scrubbed, etc.
I just wanted to share what the entire planet probably already knows...
Baker's Joy... how I love thee.
I had no idea that cakes could come out of the pans so perfectly springy. I honestly thought people were exagerating...
I just ordered Sugar Shack's buttercream and fondant DVD's and can't wait!!! I was worried it wouldn't work because of how my edges were, but now they are perfectly smooth cake edges when they cook, so that's a good foundation to start from.
Sugar Shack ~ you rule!!
Oh,..the name says it all!

OMG ..That sounded like a comercial!

Edna~ not to sound like a groupie, but you RULE too!!!
Your youtube videos are incredibly helpful. Are they for sale?
... I probably would do a free commercial for Baker's Joy since I'm high on successful baking right now.

You don't know how lucky you guys are. If I used any of those sprays I'd be in the hospital
Hmmmm. I just stumbled upon this thread, and I think some of y'all have been inhaling too much of this wonder spray of which you speak!
Now, where can I get some of this miracle spray? It sounds like a wonderful product. I abhor greasing/flouring my pans.
I always spray too much in my pan and then as I pour my batter, it ends up on top of the cake. Then it sits on the top of my cake and boils the edges. I end up with edges hard as a rock when I use it. When I sprayed too lightly, my cakes would stick. I spray too much, my cake has crunchy edges. I made my own pan release and it seems to work best. I still use it for a bundt cakes, but I rarely bake those now. Glad it brings so much joy to you guys though!
