Mixing Mmf And Satin Ice?

I'm pretty sure I've read on here before about someone mixing MMF and Satin Ice to get a better consistency. I love MMF because of the ease, cost and most people I know prefer the taste of it to other fondants, but I don't always get a consistent result.
Has anyone mixed the two and what are your thoughts on it? Thanks in advance....

I've done it before. I'm still not happy with the satin ice taste. i've since just decided to stick with MMF. I've worked with it so much now that i know how to handle it and make it work for me.
