What is the diffrence between Royal icing and BC? Which on taste the best.

Hello and welcome to Cake Central!

Royal icing dries very hard and you do not ice a cake with it (in the US, at least). It is typically used to make detailed flowers and plaques, numbers, logos, etc. Do a Google images search for "floodwork" and you will see examples of what I am talking about.

Buttercream tastes the best.

I agree. Royal icing is more for detailed work. Buttercream is made with shortening and butter...royal icing HATES grease.
