How many days in advance would you bake a cake? I really need to make one 3 days in advance which I would normally never do. Should I freeze it?

Depending on your recipe you should be fine baking 3 days before delivery. Bake, cool and wrap the layers well in plastic wrap. Leave out at room temp., no need to freeze with that time frame.

I agree with pp 3 days is just fine.
