I just started with fondant and there are a few things I would like to try like making bows and animals. But I wanted to make my cakes tomorrow and my fondant and make about 5 different colors in fondant so that would probably be about 3 bags of marshmallows. (I should mention I am doing MMF) but I would like to take my time doing this cake. Like I said, I would like to bake it tomorrow and make my fondant and then the next day cover my cake and then the same day or maybe the next day make the decorations for it?? Any idea??
Thanks a ton!!

It will be just fine. Crumb coat your cake and it will stay fresh for up to 5 days if it's not hot & humid in your area. W/the fondant on it it should still be o.k. another 3 days before you have to think about it not being good icon_smile.gif
