for my Niece's baby shower in late April. I can't make it down there to make the cake myself and I really want her to have an amazing cake. Are there any decorators on CC that are in the Phoenix/Glendale area?
My sister doesn't have a headcount right yet, but she is thinking about 20-25 ppl. My neice is having a little girl and her theme is Looney Tunes. My sister is going to confirm that for me tomorrow. My budget is about $120.
