Hi Everyone! I'm making the WASC cake right now and it says to use 8 egg whites, but I don't care if my cake is white and I hate to waste the yolk. Can I use whole eggs? If so, how many would equal the 8 egg whites?

You can use 6 whole eggs in place of the 8 egg whites.
