Help!! Need Alternative Icing Color!

I need the color red, but there is not a place to buy a wilton brand in my town. I need this by tomorrow is there anything at walmart I can buy?

My Walmart has Wilton food coloring in their somewhat limited decorating isle. Have you looked there?
