Is there a way to take Creme Brulee out of the ramekin and it keep it's shape? I have mid terms and have to do some plating and need the Creme Brulee to stand up on it's own. Any help, tips and tricks are appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Kat

Will you be sugaring and burning the bottom, then?

I would venture a guess that if you looked up the directions for removing a flan from it's ramekin, you would be able to do the same with a brulee.

No, I want to turn it up side right and put the sugar on the top. I can't present in the ramekin.

Thanks Theresa, I will look into that.
