I haven't tried this but the first thing that comes to my mind would be cocoa butter mixed with your colors. Does anyone else think this would work??

I found something I ordered on CK called Flo-Coat, it's made to mix with Americolors to actually color the chocolate. I bougt some but I have not tried it yet. I don't know that you can actually paint with it though, I think cocoa butter colors may be the only way.
