Can you use Food Markers on white chocolate? Like Americolors gourmet markers or Wilton markers?

I know that you would need to be careful how hard you pushed, but thought maybe I could do that on top of the chocolate covered oreos.

That's a good question. Not sure of the answer, but I'm curious as well. I know I tried using the spray color with some stencils on chocolate covered graham crackers, and it didn't work at all. The color just beaded up. So I'm wondering if the markers would work the same way.
