Hi all, i have a 21st cake and a christening cake a few days apart and wanted to get ahead of myself and make the fondant and chocolate decorations in advance

Is this possible?
How do i store them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated icon_smile.gif

Sure you can make them ahead of time. When I do this I buy one of those aluminum baking pans iwth lids and place the pieces inside. If it is something like a rose that may flatten out when layed on one side, just gt a cotton ball and use it to "nest" the piece. If you are worried about the cotton sticking to the item just lay some saran wrap on the cotton first.
