I do agree w/that. You just don't have time to think about it. I guess when I think about cutting into them, I think eww that's gross. But I could do it. Heck, I gut deer in the winter time & it's the same thought process. Before I do it, I think eww this is gross, don't think I can. Then once I start it's just like a job. I turn off my brain & get to work!
