Iwas wondering if anyone knows how much powdered sugar you would use for the 10.5 oz. bag of mini marsmallows. I got a deal at krogers for 10 for $10. I also got a deal on some cake mix for 94 cents each (pillsburry)just incase anyone hear shops at kroger. I want to make fondat withit but ive never bought the little bags before. Thank you!

Why not just use 1 1/2 bags of marshmallows and make a whole batch? Thanks for the info
on the sale at Kroger.

OK I can't remember but I use those bags all of the time. Basically I just calculate it using simple math. If a normal bag is 15oz (is that correct? Is it 16oz?) and 10.5oz is X percent of 15oz (it's roughly 2/3)...then use 2/3 (or whatever you calculate) of the normal recipe for marshmallows or any other ingredients e.g. flavorings, corn syrup, etc.

A little variance in the amount you end up using is fine, because you don't always add the full recipe of ps anyway...or sometimes you add extra.
