Hello Everyone

I am taking a class and they are calling for either Petinice or Bakels Fondant, I was wondering if anyone knows where in southern california where i can get this

Do they say why you have to have those brands? What's the project in the class?

It is for a spring covered fondant, that we are making topsy turvey

Perhaps they want everyone to bring the same fondant brand so there is a level playing field - in other words, everyone has the same product to work with, so there is no descrepancy in handling, etc.

Otherwise, any brand of fondant would work for the project.

It could be that this is the instructor's preferred brand, or that Bakels (they make both brands) is sponsoring the instructor. My guess is that it's a preferred brand.
