Hi... I'm new to the forum. I have just acquired a set of heart shaped pans from 1971. They are the small set, and there are no instructions with them. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with these pans, and if so, do you know where I can find the instructions? I have already checked out wilton's site. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi and Welcome to CC, mizroxie. icon_smile.gif

Decoding CC acronyms:

Everything you need to bake, assemble and decorate tiered/stacked/layer cakes:

The above thread has links to cake preparation help from Wilton. Wilton has batter requirements by pan size (and shape) so you can probably find some info for your heart set.

Worst case scenario, fill your pans with water and notate amount used. Then use 2/3 that amount for batter requirement (fill pans 2/3 full if 2" tall).

HTH
