Registered Family Home is not a citizen's "family home". I worked in the Child Care Licensing state agency for 4 years. OMG, I cannot believe they are wasting precious time because they are so ignorant.

I think now would be a good time while we are all on here watching, waiting and listening, to say thank you to Kelley for working soooo hard in organizing this effort. You have worked very hard for all of us and I know that I appreciate it very much. I know there are others out there that have also contributed in some way and everyone's efforts are appreciated!!

Now, I hope all this hard work pays off and gets passed before midnight....
Kelley, if this doesn't get passed, we need your guidance to head up the effort for next session if you're willing. Let us start getting the messages to our reps again and in fuller force to let them know we are not going away and this is a legitimate group of people who want this bill sent through. Maybe if we start earlier for the next time we'll make more progress and get higher up on the calendar. I really appreciate your efforts. I wish I had gotten on the bandwagon earlier in the process.

You may never know how much you are appreciated.
I am not ready to throw in the towel. We have several more hours to see if progress is made, but, If , HB3282 doesn't make it this time, please know that you have an entire "army" of ladies that are more educated about the political process, and ready to take this back to Austin to win. 
This isn't over. I will be looking forward to my representative coming back to his home district. We can talk about the future of cottage baking in Texas.
