I was thinking about using the ball pan this weekend. I was wondering if anyone knows if you have to use a dowel for it if you are placing it on top of a sheet cake? Do you need to do anything special or can you just place it on top? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If you do use a dowel, how would you do it? If not, what would you do? I have never used it before.
