Hi!!

I need to get a good and tasty recipe for "sugar" cookies and decorator icing as well as, a recipe for chocolate cake and B/C icing for diabetics!

Does anyone have something that they would share?

I suggest the Splenda website. There are many recipes there. However, most diabetics I know would rather adjust their carbs for a day and eat a small serving of a regular dessert, than eat not great diabetic desserts that are relatively high carb anyway.
