I'm doing a wedding cake at the end of this month. The bride would like a snowy mountain theme. They are getting married on top of a mountain. She is getting a topper made of them both on skis.
Ideally she would like a three mountain theme idea. How would i go about doing this? She only needs eighty servings
Does anyone have any cake pics for inspiration? Would foam core boards be strong enough to hold a cake like that?
What size should i make the cakes..ok i'm lost...lol

Just a side note..she would be ok with just a 3 tiered mountain looking cake if it's impossible for me to do. But i'd like to try the 3

Thanks cakebaker! I think the third one but covered in snow is exactly what she's looking for! What size of cakes do you think the baker used?
Thanks again!

I am not sure what size pans she used...or what pans she used for that matter! lol. I am sure you could start a thread on it or pm her and ask. icon_biggrin.gif
