Last night I used a box mix to make a caramel lava cake, same idea as the chocolate lava cakes-nice warm oozing center. This was an all caramel cake. It did not have any pieces of caramel put in the center, just put the cake batter into the pans and bake.

Any ideas on how to do this without a mix?
