Okay, I've been trying & trying to find the info myself, but I'm not having a lot of luck. (I'm slightly computer challenged )

Here's my main question: Is all hi ratio shortening the same?

Some places really seem to vary in price of product as well as delivery cost. Where do you guys & gals purchase from & what brand/type?

I haven't used hi ratio yet but there is a discussion on another forum going on now that might be of help. One warning was Sweetex only comes in 50# tubs & people are selling it for less in any bucket where you're really not sure what you're getting. HTH
