I've looked under the recipe section of Cakecentral...but there are no reviews for any of the recipes...so I'm looking for a tried and true Italian Cream Cake recipe. Anyone want to share theirs? TIA!
Hi and Welcome to CC, apieceofcake-dolores.

The recipes on CC can be rated/reviewed by the members, but there's no "review" with commentary function on the site yet.
If you pick a highly rated recipe, you should expect very good results.

This is the only Italian Cream recipe I use. It is an awesome cake. A very moist and delicate cake. The only thing I add to this recipe is 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the cake. It is wonderful!
