Using Styrofoam Dummies

Hi, All! I've never decorated a styrofoam cake dummy before. If I want to cover one with fondant, do I have to cover it first with buttercream or royal icing? Thanks for the help!

Nope...just brush it with piping gel or mist it very lightly with water and apply your fondant. icon_smile.gif
