In my previous thread I stated I will not be attending ICES this year due to termination from job. The classes I would love to sign up for are truffles, chocolage inlay, fresh flowers, and gumpaste demos, and pulled sugar.
If your going what classes or new cake decorating techniques you want to learn at ICES?
