good morning i was wondering if any one know who to start a diaper bag cake. i know how to use fondant very well. i just need to know how to stack the cake to make it look like the bag is standing up.

The question I get asked most, over my entire tutorial website, is how I made the zipper for the diaper bag cake. I'll have my webdude fix it when I have some other work for him to do at the same time (hopefully I'll have new pages up in a couple weeks) but for now:

I used the food-safe molding compounds available at makeyourownmolds.com to mold a heavy jacket zipper. I picked the heavy jacket zipper because the teeth are larger and therefore would be easier to mold. I took the pull off the zipper and molded it separately. I now have a reusable mold for both parts that is ready to go whenever I want to make a zipper.
