Can anyone tell me the easiest way to torte an 11x15 sheetcake without breaking the top layer? Do most people even torte a cake that size? Just checking, I have a cake I'm doing for this weekend. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

An even easier way would be to bake 2 smaller (and by that I mean thinner) layers, that way you won't have to worry about them falling apart! icon_smile.gif
