Help? Kiddo wants mousse filled cake, almost torte style- thin layers, lots of filling. Will be refrigerated, so no problems with that...

Recommend LIGHT (creamy) yummy fillings- recipes please???

There was a post here a few days ago and there was several mousse recipes in it..I can't remember who posted it....Melvira?...anyway it had many variations...I will try and find it since I think I put it on my watch list
