Hi!
I am very curious as how to acctually make this type of drizzzle chocolate...

i haven't manage anything like it yet..

second...i'd like to have a clue on how to write simple message. like would you use buttercream or just simple icing suguar and lemon?

I bake cake but i am not a master at decorating yet!

When I make this kind of drizzle I ice the cake put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. I make ganache and let it cool but is still pourable then take the cake out and slowly pour it over the cake..

As for writing, you should use buttercream or royal icing. Thin consistancy works best.
