Does any one have a chocolate fondant recipe they swear by?
I doing a cell phone cake this weekend and they requested chocolate fondant.
I've never made it!

Rhonda's Chocolate MMF is a good recipe, but I have to warn you, you will have to add more corn syrup than called for and more shortening. The chocolate fondant is dry if you go by the exact recipe and hard to work with. I just keep adding and kneeding in until I get the right elasticity.

I would be interested if someone has a recipe that is easier to work with.
