First off thanks for reading! I've never used fondant before and would like to use it for my son's birthday cake. I'll be making a "haunted" house out of rice krispie treats...how would/should I cover them? Fondant or something else?

Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

Hi,

I have used RKT I always cover the piece in royal icing first let that dry then in fondant. A tip that a friend gave me is to crush the RKT first so that they will me smooth as you make your shape.

HTH,

Kim
