Does anyone know how long it takes gum paste to dry?

Totally depends on what it is. Fat molded figure? Little flat ribbon?

As leahs says.......besides that it depends on your location and the recipe you use.
If making flowers & it is very humid it might take several days. For a figure it could take up to 10 days.
